You can get a Level 1 disclosure for any purpose.
Three levels of Disclosure, Basic, Standard and Enhanced, remain available under the provisions of the Police Act 1997, all of which use the same application form.

Complete the Online Application Form
You will be issued a link to the online application form. If you have purchased disclosure checks on behalf of one or more applicants, you can distribute the form to your applicants.
